FACILITY & EQUIPMENT
Operating on a 210-acre property, our facility includes 375,000 sq. ft. of operational space across multiple buildings, along with approximately 35 acres of developed paved and gravel yard space—with room to grow. This expansive footprint allows us to efficiently support both high-volume production and complex fabrication projects, while providing ample capacity for material storage, staging, and equipment movement. With over 130 employees and dedicated day and swing shifts, our operations are built for consistent output and efficient turnaround times.
Our in-house capabilities include CNC processing, plasma and oxyfuel cutting, precision and robotic welding, and full-service finishing and assembly—from blasting to high-performance coatings and testing. Using systems like TEKLA PowerFab, SolidWorks, AutoCAD, and three laser scanners, we maintain precise modeling, accurate field verification, and seamless project coordination throughout production.
With the space, equipment, and team in place, we support projects of varying size and complexity, from straightforward production runs to more demanding, custom fabrication work.

OUR FACILITY
With 375,000 sq. ft. under roof, our facility is built to support high-volume production, precision processing, and efficient workflow operations.
PROCESSING
Our processing capabilities include in-house CNC equipment, featuring machines such as the Voortman V807 & V550, Prodevco PCR42, Peddinghaus FPDB 2500, LS Industries Shot Blaster, RMT 200-ton Press Brake, and more. Our facility ensures accuracy, consistency, and efficiency at all volumes.
PAINTING & ASSEMBLY
Our painting and assembly operations include 50,000 sq. ft. of dedicated assembly space and an AISC Sophisticated Paint Endorsement, with surface preparation capabilities including steel shot, grit blasting, and sandblasting to ensure high-quality, durable finishes.
CRANE
Our facility is equipped with a range of bridge, overhead, and jib cranes, with lifting capacities up to 20 tons to support efficient material handling across all operations.
OUR YARD
Our yard includes 35 acres of gravel and paved space, providing ample capacity for material storage, equipment staging, transportation logistics, and streamlined project flow.

FABRICATION
With over 35 certified welders on staff, we offer a range of fabrication capabilities including FCAW, GMAW, SAW, and robotic welding, ensuring precision, consistency, and structural integrity across all projects.
DETAILING & 3D MODELING
Our in-house detailing and 3D modeling capabilities utilize industry-leading software including Tekla PowerFab, SolidWorks, and AutoCAD, along with three laser scanners, to deliver precise modeling, accurate field verification, and seamless project coordination.
MATERIAL HANDLING
With over 45 forklifts, including standard, high-capacity, and multidirectional units, our facility is equipped to support a wide range of material handling requirements.
